Goods ordered may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a product refund (see below) including VAT, providing the following conditions are fulfilled:
Goods returned must be received in as new condition.
Goods must be returned complete (including all packaging, manuals, etc for that product). If any item(s) are missing when received then the product is deemed incomplete.
The packaging of the goods must be unmarked and undamaged.
Carriage costs for the original dispatch and returning the goods are your responsibility.
The goods remain your responsibility during transit and until signed for by us.
Damaged Goods
As part of our service we ensure that all products are packaged and delivered to the highest standards to minimise any damage being sustained during transit.
Before any goods are signed for, you should check that there is no damage. By signing for the goods you are accepting the delivery is in perfect condition. If there is any damage, please do not sign for the goods and notify us as soon as possible that you have refused the delivery. At times we appreciate with large deliveries this may not always be possible, so should you find that within 24 hours of delivery there are damaged products, please notify us for a replacement to be despatched.
Please note this does not apply to cabinets. Once a cabinet has been signed for we are unable to accept responsibility for any damage. We strongly advise that all cabinets are unpacked and checked before signing for them.
Please note that a restocking fee of 25% – 35% will apply to all returns and if the goods fail to meet the above conditions then we may refuse to accept the goods.
The above returns policy does not apply to cabinets or any goods built to your specification, which cannot be returned unless they were damaged on delivery, or to products, which may be returned subject to specific criteria.
Returns and the Distance Selling Regulations 2000
The Distance Selling Regulations stipulate that you have 7 working days from the day after delivery to cancel your contract with us (excluding contracts for the sale of software, which can only be cancelled if the software is faulty once the seal has been broken, or where the goods have been made to your individual specification). If you want to cancel the contract you should give us notice in writing within seven days from the day after delivery to you. You can provide us with such notice by completing and submitting the Returns Form to us.
If you cancel the contract, please also return all goods with their original packing within 7 working days from the date on which you gave notice to cancel the contract to us. The cost of returning the goods must be met by you. You must ensure that the returned goods are adequately packaged and take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your possession. We are entitled to pursue a claim against you if you fail to take reasonable care of returned goods. If you do not return the goods to us we are entitled to charge you for the cost of their recovery.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms above.
